Many home buyers find it enormously beneficial to have Heidi’s professional opinion on a property they are considering to purchase. She can review possible renovations or additions to the home, as well as discuss the pros and cons of the property. These walk thru discussions can help formulate a buyer’s offer and provide perspective on how to value the property as is.
