HC Design as well as our Engineering partner, Rivermoor Engineering of Scituate, can provide Project Management Services during the Construction Phase. 

A complete construction bid package is typically developed to obtain builder quotes and assistance can be provided navigating through quotes to help you select a contractor.  A complete construction bid package typically includes the following:

-       Construction Plans, Elevations and Sections at ¼” = 1’-0” scale to obtain the Building Permit. *Structural Package provided by Structural Engineers may be required depending on the complexity of the project and its location.

-       General Specifications

-       Window Schedule

-       Electrical Plans

-       Finish Schedule

-       Trim Schedule

-       ½” scale Kitchen & Bath design, plumbing layout, tile design

-       ½” scale Built-in plans & elevations

Once construction has begun, guidance can be given at all phases of project construction, including on-site walk-through with the client, the general contractor and sub-contractors. Decisions can be made directly at the site or if more clarification is needed, detail drawings can be drafted and delivered to the site.  Construction projects can be complicated and full of decisions.  HC Design is there to help you as needed throughout the entire construction process.
